Role: Senior Spotfire Developer (Clinical Data Analytics & Visualization)

Location: Pune/Nagpur, MH (Onsite , Work from office; 5 days a week)

Duration: Full-time, Quanta Systems Technologies LLP (Quantum Integrators)

Shift Time: UK Shift (02.00 PM to 11.00 PM IST)

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Spotfire Developer with strong expertise in clinical trial and patient data visualization , Spotfire dashboard development, and integration with modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable analytics solutions for clinical data review, monitoring, and reporting platforms while supporting Spotfire administration activities and integrating Spotfire with diverse enterprise data sources, preferably Databricks.

Experience with embedded analytics, React/UI integration, and life sciences data domains is strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 8-10 years of total experience, which includes 5+ years of Spotfire development experience.
• 3+ years working with clinical trial or healthcare data.
• Strong experience developing complex Spotfire dashboards and analytical applications.
• Experience connecting Spotfire to multiple structured and semi-structured data sources.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with Spotfire Administration and platform support.
• Knowledge of clinical data domains and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Spotfire Development & Visualization:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Spotfire dashboards and analytical applications for clinical trial data review and patient monitoring.
• Create reusable visualizations, custom expressions, calculated measures, data functions, and advanced analytics workflows.
• Optimize dashboard performance for large-scale clinical datasets.
• Support patient-level, study-level, and cross-study reporting use cases.

Clinical Data Analytics:

• Develop visualizations and reporting solutions using clinical data standards including:
• SDTM
• ADaM
• EDC/Rave data
• Safety and medical review datasets
• Central and risk-based monitoring data
• Partner with Clinical Programming, Data Management, Medical Monitoring, and Clinical Operations stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytics solutions.

Spotfire Embedded Analytics & UI Integration:

• Integrate Spotfire visualizations into custom web applications using Spotfire APIs and JavaScript APIs.
• Collaborate with React/UI development teams to implement seamless embedded analytics experiences.
• Support authentication, authorization, and single sign-on integrations.
• Develop custom interactions between Spotfire dashboards and external applications.

Data Integration:

• Connect Spotfire to diverse enterprise data sources, including:
• Databricks (preferred)
• PostgreSQL
• SQL Server
• Oracle
• Snowflake
• REST APIs
• Cloud-based data platforms
• Design efficient data access patterns and optimize query performance.
• Support migration from legacy reporting solutions to modern cloud-based data architectures.

Spotfire Administration & Platform Support:

• Support Spotfire platform administration activities including:
• User and group management
• Library administration
• Access controls and permissions
• Deployment and migration activities
• Monitoring and troubleshooting
• Work with enterprise Spotfire administration teams on upgrades, security updates, and platform governance.
• Assist in environment management across DEV, QA, PRE-PROD, and PROD environments.

Quality & Compliance:

• Support regulated/GxP environments and software development lifecycle activities.
• Contribute to documentation, validation artifacts, testing, and release management.
• Follow enterprise security, audit, and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Databricks Lakehouse architecture .
• Experience embedding Spotfire within React, Angular, or other modern web frameworks.
• Experience with Spotfire JavaScript API and Web Player integration.
• Experience supporting cloud-based clinical analytics platforms leveraging Spotfire and Databricks components. ,
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience supporting centralized monitoring and clinical data review platforms.
• Knowledge of AI/ML-enabled analytics solutions.
• Experience in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environments.
