The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 7-10 years of commercial construction Project Management experience Proven track record delivering projects valued at $40M+ Strong expertise in budgeting, scheduling, contracts, and project controls Experience leading ground-up construction projects across diverse sectors Collaborative and motivated by long-term career growth opportunities What's on Offer Annual salary ranging from USD 100.000 to 120.000.
