Visual Designer

About the Role GrowIT Technologies is looking for a Visual Designer to help bring our brand, services, and ideas to life across digital and corporate communication. What You'll Do • Create social media creatives, posters, flyers, carousels, and campaign assets • Design corporate presentations, sales decks, brochures, and other marketing collateral • Create visual assets for our website and digital campaigns • Develop and edit creative videos and motion graphics • Work with the marketing and business teams to turn ideas and briefs into compelling visuals • Maintain consistency across our brand and visual identity Tools • Canva • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Premiere Pro • Adobe After Effects • Illustrator / Figma would be an advantage What We're Looking For • Strong visual sense and attention to detail • Good understanding of typography, composition, colour, and layout • Ability to translate ideas into clean, creative, and professional designs • Understanding of corporate/B2B design and social media content • Ability to work across different formats — static, presentations, web, and video • Creative, curious, and willing to experiment with new ideas • Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams A strong portfolio is required.
