Lead Respiratory Therapist

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Lead Respiratory Therapist to oversee daily respiratory care services in our acute care setting. In this role, you’ll provide advanced clinical respiratory therapy, manage ventilators, interpret ABGs, and support complex cardiopulmonary patients. You will supervise and mentor a team of therapists, coordinate schedules, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols and regulatory standards. Working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, you’ll partner with physicians and nurses to optimize outcomes while contributing to quality improvement and staff development initiatives.
