Junior Account Manager – Client Servicing

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager – Client Servicing who can manage day-to-day client communication and ensure smooth execution of social media and content projects. You’ll work closely with clients and internal creative teams to keep briefs, timelines, approvals, and deliverables on track.

What You’ll Do

• Be the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear briefs for the Copy, Design & Video teams .
• Coordinate content, campaigns, and deliverables from brief to final execution.
• Track content calendars, timelines, approvals, and deliverables .
• Ensure work is delivered on time while maintaining quality and client expectations.
• Keep clients updated, follow up on feedback, and flag issues before they become problems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of social media campaigns.
• Support client reporting, performance tracking, and competitor research .
• Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing .

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, Digital Marketing, or a Creative Agency.
• Strong communication, coordination, and client management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work closely with creative teams and handle client feedback confidently.
• Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a “get things done” mindset .
