Hiring for a Director with a leading Big 4 for Mumbai Location:

Experience: 12-15 Years

Education: CA/MBA

Ctc: 40-50 LPA

Domain: FS/Investment Bank

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Internal Audit engagements for Financial Services clients, including Insurance, Banking, and Investment Banking.
• Manage audit delivery, risk assessments, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor large audit teams within the GCC.
• Partner with global stakeholders to drive audit quality, governance, and process improvements.
• Support audit transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15+ years of experience in Internal Audit within Financial Services; Insurance experience preferred.
• Mandatory: Experience with a Big 4 firm followed by a Global Capability Center (GCC).
• Strong expertise in internal controls, risk management, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience managing large teams and global stakeholders.
• CA/CIA/CISA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
