Signature Healthcare is searching for a CEO for its state-of-the-art psychiatric hospital in San Diego, California. A search is underway for a dynamic leader to direct this market dominant, premier behavioral health hospital. Located in the beautiful city of San Diego, this hospital provides psychiatric and chemical dependency treatments to all age groups and features distinct programs for First Responders and active duty Military.
The CEO will lead and effectively take this Hospital to the next level insuring alignment of staff, physicians and community stakeholders. Functional responsibilities include: positive working relationships with physicians and employees, maintaining a top-notch management team and delivering best practice, evidence-based care.
A successful candidate will possess the following attributes: energetic and visionary leader, excellent communicator, persona that engages stakeholders to a common goal, and a laser-strength execution focus with a patient-centric philosophy of care.
CompensationA competitive compensation program will be offered. Base salary will be supplemented by a performance-based bonus and a comprehensive benefit program.
Education/CertificationsA Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Psychology or Nursing is preferred. xzbcwsv
Required Background ExperienceMinimum of 5 – 10 years of progressive psychiatric hospital administration in a culturally diverse, competitive environment is a must.
