Millwork Assistant Project Manager

The Encompass Group is partnering with a well-established architectural millwork and custom fabrication organization to identify an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager.

This individual will support project planning, coordination, and execution for custom millwork, cabinetry, and architectural interior projects, working closely with project managers, clients, vendors, and production teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Managers with project scheduling, coordination, and execution from initial planning through completion.Review project plans, specifications, shop drawings, and other documentation to support project requirements.Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to communicate updates and resolve issues.Track project timelines, deliverables, material orders, and outstanding action items.Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, purchase orders, and project documentation.Monitor project progress and help identify potential delays, discrepancies, or scope changes.
QualificationsPrevious experience in project coordination, project management, or construction administration.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.Experience in architectural millwork, commercial construction, cabinetry, or manufacturing is preferred.Familiarity with construction drawings, project schedules, and project management software is a plus. xzbcwsv
