Remote Senior SEC Reporting Accountant

We are looking for a seasoned Senior SEC Reporting Accountant to join our Financial Reporting team. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who brings both public accounting rigor and preferably hands-on industry SEC reporting experience. As we build toward public company readiness, this role will assist in the preparation of our financial statements and disclosures and in putting the processes and controls in place that a first-time public filer needs. You will report to the Financial Reporting Manager and partner closely with Corporate Finance, FP working knowledge of NetSuite or a comparable ERP Familiarity with SOX and internal controls over financial reporting Extremely organized, with the discipline to juggle competing close and filing deadlines without letting quality slip A skillful communicator who works independently and is not afraid to work cross-functionally — communicating out PBC requests and holding team members accountable for delivering the support requested Benefits At ŌURA, we care about you and your well-being.
