Junior Architect | Navi Mumbai
About the Firm:
Backed by a solid 30-year legacy , Satish Ahuja & Associates has continuously delivered prominent residential and commercial developments across Navi Mumbai and Mumbai. Our studio is built on disciplined design thinking, rigorous execution, and high technical standards. As our project portfolio grows, we are opening an opportunity for an agile, technically capable Junior Architect to step into core design development and detailed drawing production.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Development: Translate conceptual sketches and design briefs into refined presentation layouts, comprehensive architectural schemes, and coordinated 3 D visualizations.
Good-for-Construction (GFC) Packages: Generate complete, coordinated working drawing packages—including detailed plans, sections, elevations, and service integration.
Consultant Coordination: Actively cross-check architectural sets with structural and MEP designs to proactively identify and resolve site-level conflicts.
Statutory Compliance & Submissions: Assist in drafting municipal submission sets adhering to local development regulations (UDCPR, local planning norms).
On-Site Alignment: Undertake planned site visits to monitor progress, cross-verify execution against approved drawings, and resolve site queries.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on professional experience exclusively within an architectural firm based in Navi Mumbai or Mumbai is mandatory. Proven exposure to local residential or commercial projects is required.
Education & Credentials: B. Arch degree or a degree in related fields from a recognized institution.
Software Fluency: High proficiency in Auto CAD is required. Other software programs will be considered an added advantage.
Location: Must be residing within a practical, daily commutable distance to Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Attributes: Strong spatial sense, structural logic, proactive problem-solving, and clear professional communication.
Compensation & Growth:
Remuneration: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Commensurate with technical proficiency and relevant industry experience).
Studio Exposure: Direct involvement across multiple design phases, municipal documentation, and execution cycles within a well-structured, legacy practice.
