Dual-degree OMS surgeon | Coastal NC

This is a rare opportunity for a dual-degree OMS surgeon with a focus on facial trauma, reconstruction, head & neck/maxillofacial oncology, and microvascular surgery. The practice offers immediate surgical volume, strong APP support, significant autonomy, and opportunities for research.

Opportunity Highlights

* Up to $580,000 Base salary + 50K Sign on Bonus + 10K relocation

*2-year salary guarantee, followed by an RVU-based compensation model

* Realistic earning potential of $750,000-$850,000 once fully productive

* Approximately 95% OR-based

* Hospital moving from Level 2 to Level 1 Trauma designation

* Established referral base and broad reconstructive/oncologic case mix

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with:

* Craniomaxillofacial trauma and reconstruction

* Microvascular reconstruction

* Head & neck/maxillofacial oncology

* Benign maxillofacial pathology

* Ablative surgery

Schedule & Call

* Initial call expectation of 7-10 days/month, with a long-term goal of approximately 1 week/month (1:4)

* APPs manage first call and trauma triage

* Trauma service is primarily consultative
