Job Description
Executive- Technical Support
We are looking for an experienced brewery professional to strengthen our Manufacturing Excellence team.
Key Responsibilities
* Exposure of brewing, fermentation, filtration, packaging, utilities, engineering, and quality systems across breweries.
* Identify process gaps, operational risks, and improvement opportunities, and drive CAPA implementation.
* Benchmark brewery performance and support manufacturing excellence initiatives.
* Review engineering projects, utilities, process optimization, and techno-commercial proposals.
* Prepare technical reports, MIS, KPI dashboards, and management presentations.
* Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Finance teams to improve operational performance and cost efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
* B. E./B. Tech. in Brewing, Chemical, Food Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering
* 8–15 years of experience in brewery, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of brewery operations, engineering, utilities, quality systems, and process improvement.
* Exposure to technical audits, CAPEX projects, vendor evaluation, and manufacturing KPIs.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, SAP/ERP, and preparation of MIS and technical reports.
* Excellent analytical, auditing, communication, and report-writing skills.
