We’re the company that supplies those gauges, and we custom-design them to enhance our clients' brand and equipment performance. Our customers are American manufacturers who build everything from commercial kitchen equipment to industrial machinery.
We’re looking for a someone who wants to develop into technical sales career.
What you’ll doLearn our products and our customers’ equipment: how it works, where the gauge goes, and what the operator needs to seeDesign custom gauge dial mock-ups with AI and design tools, so customers can see what their branded product would look likeResearch manufacturers and their machines to find new ways we can help themBuild customer-specific presentations and marketing materialsRun our customer desk: quotes, orders, and answering customer questions. This is where you learn the business from the inside.Over time, take ownership of your own customer accounts and grow themWhere this goesFirst 6 months: Learn the products, the customers, and the desk. 6–12 months: Own accounts and start reaching out to new customers1–3 years: Grow into a technical sales role with your own customers, incentive pay, and a path to six figuresYou’ll do well here if you’reOrganized and detail-oriented. You just need to be curious about machines.What you needBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, engineering, engineering technology, or a related field. December 2026 grads are welcome.0–3 years of experience.
