Are you an experienced Project Manager passionate about bringing innovative products from concept to launch? Client is looking for a skilled professional to lead engineering-focused product development projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.What You'll Do:Lead planning and execution of new product development, product introduction, and co-developed product projects.Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product Marketing, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and Quality.Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, milestones, and deliverables.Apply Agile methodologies and proactively identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks.Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior leadership.What You Bring:Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.Typically 8 years of related project management experience.Experience managing projects in an engineering-focused product development or manufacturing environment.Knowledge of Agile methodologies, stage-gate processes, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.Additional Requirements:Available to work hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.Willingness to travel up to 25%.Interested? xzbcwsv apply to discuss this opportunity!
