Job Description

Nano Vision is a Lahore-based private limited company operating in the chemicals industry. We are seeking an Accountant to support accurate financial administration, reporting, and day‑to‑day accounting operations while helping maintain reliable financial records for the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with management and relevant departments to ensure transactions are recorded correctly, financial information is available on time, and accounting procedures are followed consistently.

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.


• Prepare bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.


• Assist with monthly closing activities, trial balances, expense analysis, and management reports.


• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, support payment processing, and follow up on outstanding balances.


• Maintain organized accounting files and provide documentation for internal reviews, audits, and tax‑related requirements.


• Coordinate with internal teams to verify purchase, inventory, payroll, and expense information.


• Identify data inconsistencies and recommend practical improvements to accounting controls and processes.

Job Specification

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of double‑entry bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, and financial reconciliations.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and structured financial records.


• Experience preparing vouchers, invoices, payment records, trial balances, and routine financial reports.


• Ability to manage accounts payable and receivable with accuracy and timely follow‑up.


• Good numerical analysis, attention to detail, documentation, and problem‑solving skills.


• Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems and the ability to learn internal processes quickly.


• Professional communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling financial information.


• Ability to organize multiple tasks, meet reporting deadlines, and work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
