Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Consultant with 8–12 years of expertise in SAP technologies, including SAP ECC, SAP HANA, SAP BW/BW4HANA, and SAP Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in SAP transformation and migration programs, working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver enterprise-scale SAP modernization initiatives. The role requires deep functional and technical expertise, excellent analytical skills, and experience in cloud-based SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing SAP ECC, SAP BW/BW4HANA, and SAP HANA landscapes to understand current business processes, data models, and integration architecture.
• Lead assessment workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare functional and technical design documents.
• Drive SAP migration and transformation initiatives, including SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW modernization, and SAP cloud migration projects.
• Design, develop, and optimize SAP HANA models, Calculation Views, CDS Views, and performance tuning strategies.
• Develop and maintain SAP BW objects including ADSOs, InfoObjects, Composite Providers, Transformations, DTPs, Process Chains, and Queries.
• Collaborate with SAP functional consultants across FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, WM, and other modules to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery.
• Work with SAP Cloud technologies including SAP BTP, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Integration Suite, or related cloud services.
• Perform source-to-target mapping (STTM), data migration, reconciliation, validation, and quality assurance during migration projects.
• Support end-to-end implementation activities including solution design, development, SIT, UAT, cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare support.
• Identify opportunities for automation, performance optimization, and implementation of SAP best practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to solution architecture, estimation, and proposal development.

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP technologies.
• Strong expertise in SAP ECC, SAP HANA, SAP BW/BW4HANA, and SAP Cloud solutions.
• Experience in SAP migration projects including:
• SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Migration
• SAP BW to BW/4HANA Migration
• SAP HANA Migration and Landscape Transformation
• Cloud migration involving SAP BTP or hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA Modelling, Calculation Views, CDS Views, SQLScript, and AMDP.
• Experience with SAP BW objects including ADSOs, InfoObjects, Composite Providers, Transformations, DTPs, Process Chains, and Queries.
• Experience working with SAP ECC extractors, Generic DataSources, and SAP data integration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of SAP functional modules including FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, and related business processes.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform/BTP services, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or SAP Integration Suite.
• Good understanding of SAP authorization concepts, transport management, and release management.
• Strong SQL and analytical skills with experience in troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models using Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Knowledge of SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Data Services, or SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT).
• Experience integrating SAP with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, or other cloud data platforms.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT concepts and enterprise data warehousing.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation in SAP environments.
• SAP Certified Application Associate or SAP Certified Technology Associate certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Goods, Life Sciences, or Financial Services domains will be an added advantage.
