Location: Bangalore Work Mode: Hybrid Experience:4 years CCNP/CCNA Certified Responsibilities Provide L2 support for network incidents and service requests Troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, and load balancer issues Configure and maintain F5 BIG-IP (VIPs, pools, basic configs) Manage Cisco Nexus Switches (VLANs, vPC, trunking) Support DHCP/DNS services and resolve IP-related issues Handle wireless controller configurations and user connectivity issues Monitor network health and escalate critical incidents Skills Strong in TCP/IP, VLANs, STP, basic routing Hands-on with F5, Nexus, DHCP/DNS Basic wireless troubleshooting Good to Have CCNA / F5 certification Knowledge of firewall basics
