Role Overview

We are seeking a creative & ambitious person to handle our current clients. Manage a bunch of creative people - photographers, editors & designers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Account Management

• Own end-to-end social media strategy for 5 to 7 client accounts simultaneously across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients - attend calls, present monthly strategy, handle feedback and revisions
• Understand each client's brand voice, industry, and business goals well enough to translate them into content direction
• Manage client expectations on timelines, deliverables, and scope

2. Content Strategy & Planning

• Build monthly/quarterly content calendars per client, aligned to campaigns, product launches, and trending moments
• Define content pillars, posting cadence, and platform-specific strategy for each account
• Stay on top of platform algorithm changes and trends, and adapt client strategies accordingly
• Plan and pitch paid social boost strategies in coordination with performance marketing

3. Team Leadership

• Manage a team of video editors and graphic designers - assign briefs, set deadlines, and review output quality
• Write clear, actionable creative briefs so the team isn't guessing at client intent
• Run daily/weekly stand-ups to track content pipeline status across all client accounts
• Mentor junior team members and give constructive feedback on creative work
• Balance team workload across multiple clients without bottlenecking any single account

4. Content Execution & Quality Control

• Review and approve all content (reels, posts, captions, stories) before it goes to the client or goes live
• Ensure brand consistency, grammar, visual quality, and platform-best-practices across every piece of content
• Personally write or edit high-priority captions/copy when needed
• Coordinate shoot days, content batching sessions, and asset handoffs with the production team

5. Reporting & Performance

• Track and report monthly performance (reach, engagement, growth, top content) per client
• Translate data into actionable next-month strategy — what worked, what didn't, what to double down on
• Benchmark client performance against competitors and industry standards

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Liaise between clients, the creative team, and agency leadership to keep projects moving
• Coordinate with photographers/videographers for shoot planning tied to content calendars
• Escalate resourcing or timeline risks to leadership before they become client-facing problems
