Workday Consultant

Required Qualifications 8 years of Payroll or HRIS experience, including 5 years of hands-on Workday Payroll configuration experience. Strong, demonstrable experience with US Payroll processing and configuration across federal, multi-state and local requirements. Deep understanding of payroll taxation, withholding, deductions, garnishments, retirement deductions, imputed income, payroll accounting and year-end activities. Proven experience implementing payroll configuration changes triggered by legislative, regulatory or tax updates. Strong knowledge of payroll controls, reconciliation, auditability, testing, and issue diagnosis. Excellent analytical, documentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience Workday Payroll certification. Experience supporting large, complex or multi-state US payroll environments. Experience with payroll transformation, optimization, compliance, or production support programmers.
