Our Fortune 500 Financial sector client is seeking a Security Architect to support enterprise security initiatives focused on Information Protection & Risk Management (IPRM), Zero Trust, and Identity & Access Management (IAM). This role will partner closely with senior architects and contribute to both strategic design and hands-on execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and implementation of enterprise security architecture frameworksContribute to IPRM and defensive security initiatives across the organizationAssist in developing and evolving Zero Trust architecture strategiesPartner with senior architects to deliver scalable IAM solutionsProvide hands-on support for application security and data protection initiativesAct as a peer within the internal architecture team, contributing to portfolio-level decisionsHelp manage overflow project work and drive execution of key security priorities
Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in security architecture or cybersecurity engineeringStrong expertise in:Identity & Access Management (IAM)Zero Trust frameworksApplication securityData protection and access controlsAbility to translate security requirements into architectural solutionsProven ability to work independently and problem-solve in ambiguous environments
Preferred QualificationsExperience in financial services or regulated environmentsFamiliarity with risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO)Hands-on experience implementing enterprise security solutions
