This is a small, independent CPA firm in Pompano Beach with loyal clients and a culture that's becoming harder to find in Public Accounting.

The Partners aren't interested in building some enormous corporate machine. They want to run a successful firm, look after their clients and have a team of people who actually enjoy working together.

No micromanagement, no unnecessary politics and no feeling like you're just another number.

And here's where it gets interesting.

2 of the Partners are beginning to think about retirement, and rather than selling the firm, they want to find someone who could eventually take their place.

You'll work directly with the Partners, manage your own clients and gradually have more say in how the firm operates. If Partnership is your goal, there's a real opportunity to make that happen over the next few years.

But if you'd rather stay a Tax Manager, do good work and enjoy your life outside the office, that's absolutely fine too.

You'll be reviewing complex tax returns, advising business owners and high net worth clients, managing relationships and helping develop junior staff.

They're looking for someone with 5+ years of recent Public Accounting experience, ideally a CPA or working towards it, with strong knowledge of 1040s, 1041s, 1065s, 1120s and 1120S returns.

You'll receive very generous pay, health insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, profit sharing, flexible working hours and the option to work hybrid after your first year.

Ultimately, whether you want to own the firm one day or simply work somewhere you actually enjoy, both are perfectly good reasons to join.
