Contract RN in progressive care, 13‑week assignment in Charlotte, NC. Provide direct patient care during day and night shifts. Competitive pay and benefits for local candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in progressive care settings, monitoring vitals and administering medications

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records

• Execute prescribed medical orders, respond promptly to emergencies, and ensure safety protocols

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to coordinate care

Qualifications:

• Valid RN degree from an accredited program

• Current state nursing license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

• Minimum 1 year of progressive care nursing experience

• Ability to pass background check, excellent communication skills, flexibility for day and night shifts, proficiency in EMR systems
