Precast Project Manager
Location: Navi Mumbai / Hyderabad
Experience: Minimum 20 Years
Qualification: Degree in Civil Engineering
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Precast Project Managers to lead our Joint Venture precast manufacturing facilities in Navi Mumbai and Hyderabad.
As a key leadership role, you will be responsible for the successful management of precast operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely delivery of products to project sites while driving operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning and execution.
- Commercial and cost management of precast operations.
- HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) management.
- Management of subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Client and stakeholder relationship management.
- Project monitoring, reporting, and performance reviews.
- Leadership, mentoring, and people management.
- Ensure manufacturing, logistics, and erection activities are aligned with project schedules and Just-in-Time delivery requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong project management experience within the construction sector.
- Proven experience in precast manufacturing and erection.
- Sound technical knowledge of concrete technology and precast systems.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Experience managing Just-in-Time delivery programs.
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Joint Venture partners and project teams.
