Golang Backend Developer - 3+ Years | Bengaluru, 2 days WFO | Immediate Joining

What You’ll Do

• Build the migration harness: shadow traffic, response diffing, metric parity dashboards, feature-flagged rollout, tested rollback
• Own the schema-to-schema migratio n — mapping, backfill, dual-write and reconciliation, consistency verification, documented cutover and rollback point
• Build Go services — APIs (Gin, Echo, Fiber, net/ background workers, stream consumers
• Use Go concurrency deliberately: goroutine s, channels, context propagation, worker pools, graceful shutdown, leak prevention. At this traffic, concurrency bugs find you
• Own MySQL schema and query performance from G o; pool tuning, transaction scope, live-table migrations
• Build Kafka producers and consumers with correct partitioning, offsets, replay and DLQ. handling

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang .
• Deep understanding of concurrency and goroutines .
• Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL .
• Familiarity with Redis and caching mechanisms.
• Experience in designing and building microservices .
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with Docker and Git .

⭐ Good to Have

• Experience in AI/ML or AI-powered applications.
• Knowledge of Kafka or other message queue systems.
• Exposure to gRPC .
• Experience handling high-scale, distributed systems .
