We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience, building meaningful relationships, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a seamless and premium experience Manage guest appointments, inquiries, and follow-ups Drive membership and wellness program sales Build strong guest relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service Maintain accurate guest records and support daily operations

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Guest-centric and service-oriented approach Sales aptitude with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings and memberships Professional appearance and positive attitude Experience in hospitality, wellness, luxury retail, healthcare, or customer-facing roles preferred
