Railyard Workers - $25/hour

Rail Yard Laborer This is a hands-on laborer role supporting a rail yard crew with a variety of physically demanding tasks. Duties include shoveling, sweeping, handling materials, using hand tools, and assisting with general site upkeep. While some operation of heavy equipment may be involved, the primary focus is manual labor. Prior experience in rail or aggregate environments is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided. Key responsibilities include unloading product from railcars at various company facilities, assisting the plant foreperson with the daily operations and upkeep of the plant, performing necessary equipment maintenance, assisting foreperson and/or crew members as needed, and performing welding and fabrication duties as required. Day to day work may include safe operation of heavy equipment including but not limited to; frontend loader and skid steer loader. Ability to detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions and respond accordingly, ability to follow directions, and general understanding of OSHA
