Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar for a Homeopathic Manufacturing Pharmacist. The role involves overseeing the preparation and manufacturing of homeopathic medicines, including dilution, potentization, and batch compounding according to approved formulations and standard operating procedures. The pharmacist will monitor and document each stage of production, ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and support quality control checks such as in-process inspections and final product verification. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate production records, coordinating with the quality assurance team, managing raw material usage, and reporting deviations or process issues for timely resolution. The pharmacist will also assist in equipment calibration oversight, compliance audits, and the implementation of safety and hygiene protocols on the manufacturing floor.
Qualifications

• Formal education in Pharmacy or a related pharmaceutical discipline; specialization or training in homeopathic pharmacology is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of homeopathic manufacturing processes, including dilution scales, potentization techniques, and standardized formulation procedures.
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment with familiarity in GMP, GLP, and relevant national pharmaceutical regulations.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain precise documentation, batch records, and compliance reports.
• Competence in basic quality control concepts, such as sampling, in-process checks, and handling of non-conformities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with production, quality assurance, and warehousing teams, and to follow established SOPs consistently.
• Good communication skills and the ability to read and interpret technical and regulatory documents.
• Comfort with using basic computer applications for data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
• Commitment to workplace safety, hygiene standards, and ethical pharmaceutical practices.
• Prior experience in homeopathic or other pharmaceutical manufacturing is an advantage but motivated early-career candidates may also be considered.
