As Dietary Manager at Avir at Cleburne with Aramark, you will lead daily food service operations, ensuring residents and guests receive safe, nutritious, and appealing meals. You’ll oversee menu planning to meet nutritional, regulatory, and client standards, manage inventory, purchasing, and cost control, and ensure full compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
