Lab support Endpoint Engineer – IT/OT Environments

About the Role

We are seeking an IT/OT Security Engineer to support security remediation and infrastructure protection across laboratory and operational technology environments. The role focuses on Active Directory, endpoint security, vulnerability remediation, and secure laboratory system operations while maintaining instrument availability.

Required Skills:

Relevant experience in IT/OT systems engineering, endpoint security, or laboratory systems support.

Strong analytical skills, including reviewing login logs, Active Directory exports, and endpoint inventories.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage technical teams, laboratory staff, and Business System Owners.

Ability to support global laboratory teams across the US East Coast (Boston/Fan Pier) and UK (Oxford/Milton Park).

Flexibility to support hypercare and occasional out-of-hours activities during major changes.

Pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated-environment experience preferred, but not mandatory.
