The Resident Care Manager/Nurse @ BridgePoint at Los Altos directs, coordinates, and supervises care services provided by care associates for the residents within the Assisted Living Department. Responsible for ensuring exemplary service is delivered with integrity, dignity, and compassion. May be responsible for medication control and coordination with physicians to ensure care and medications are delivered as directed.
