What You'll Be Doing:Oversee the monthly close, financial reporting, and general accounting functionsLead AP, AR, treasury, budgeting, and internal controlsManage and mentor a team of four accounting professionalsOversee inventory accounting, cycle counts, and cost accounting activitiesSupport capital expenditures, audits, and corporate reportingPartner with operational leadership to provide meaningful financial insights and drive business decisions
What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with an Accounting concentration10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experienceStrong manufacturing and cost accounting experience requiredProven leadership and staff development experienceSolid xzbcwsv knowledge of GL, AP, AR, SOX, and internal controlsStrong Excel skills and ERP systems experienceHands-on, collaborative leadership style with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Location: Nassau County, NY – On-site Salary: $170,000–$180,000
