The Consultant – Proposals supports the development and delivery of high‑quality, compliant, and compelling proposals in response to client opportunities. Working collaboratively with Proposal Managers, technical specialists, and commercial teams, the role supports both the capture and convert phases of the work winning lifecycle. The role applies WSP work winning governance by supporting pipeline management and reporting, coordinating processes, schedules and inputs. The role also contributes to the development of high-quality written and visual proposal content.
