Abacus is seeking a Mortgage Operations Team Lead – Home Finance to manage US-based mortgage operations and home insurance processes in a growing BPO environment. You will lead a team, ensure quality, deadlines, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with US clients.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of experience in US mortgage/home finance operations, strong leadership and reporting skills, and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Night US shifts may be required.
