Product Support Manager
to build and scale our India-based Product Support team. This is a unique opportunity to create a high-performing support function from the ground up, lead support transitions from the U.S., drive operational excellence, and own customer success outcomes. You'll have the autonomy to shape processes, develop talent, and implement best practices while making a meaningful impact on our products, customers, and business growth..
What You'll Do Build, hire, and lead a high-performing Product Support team Drive knowledge transfer and offshore transition from U.S. teams Own ticket triage, escalations, SLAs, and resolution performance Create support processes, playbooks, and knowledge bases Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
What We're Looking For
8+ years in Product/Technical Support or Service Delivery 3+ years managing multi-tier support teams Experience building or scaling offshore support functions Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Healthcare Technology, Healthcare RCM, or SaaS experience preferred
