We're looking for a Growth Consultant to work directly with customers, diagnose growth challenges, drive Qscale AI product adoption, and help businesses achieve measurable outcomes.

• Partner directly with customers to understand their goals and challenges.
• Analyze performance across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other marketing channels.
• Identify root causes behind underperforming campaigns and recommend solutions.
• Guide customers through implementation and adoption.
• Conduct regular strategy and performance reviews.
• Drive customer engagement, retention, and success.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to improve customer outcomes.

• 2–4 years of experience in:
• Growth Analytics
• Performance Marketing
• Customer Success
• Consulting
• Agency Account Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• High ownership and bias for action.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads.
• Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Excel, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience working with e-commerce brands.
