dentists, clinics, and dental institutions across the country through a multi-fulfilment-centre network.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Logistics Manager to own end-to-end outbound and reverse logistics across
Dentalkart's fulfilment network. The role carries full accountability for courier/3 PL management, freight cost
optimization, delivery performance (NDR/RTO), and returns flow. It is suited to a hands-on, data-first
operator who turns operational data into decisions.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage courier and 3 PL partners across onboarding, SLA governance, rate negotiation, and periodic
performance reviews
• Own outbound delivery performance — on-time delivery, NDR resolution, and RTO reduction
• Drive logistics cost optimization through zone/mode optimization, freight cost per shipment, and freight
reconciliation with recovery of billing discrepancies
• Own reverse logistics end to end — returns pickup TAT, cost, and closure
• Manage the logistics tech stack (shipping aggregator and OMS/WMS), including allocation rules, AWB
sync, and exception handling
• Build and run logistics dashboards and MIS; convert data into operational action
• Coordinate cross-functionally with warehouse, customer experience, and finance teams
• Lead and develop the domestic logistics coordination team

• Sustained reduction in logistics cost per shipment
• Improved delivery success rate with lower NDR and RTO
• Tighter returns TAT
• Clean, reconciled freight billing with quantified recovery
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years in e Commerce / D2 C last-mile logistics
• B. E./B. Tech and MBA, preferably from a Tier-1 institute (IIT / NIT / IIM or equivalent)
• Proven track record in courier/3 PL management and freight negotiation

• Strong analytical skills — Excel, SQL, and BI tools; comfort making data-driven decisions
• Hands-on experience with logistics aggregator and OMS/WMS platforms
Preferred
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process-improvement certification
• Experience with Clickpost, Vinculum, or the Zoho ecosystem
• Exposure to multi-fulfilment-centre operations
