Art Director (D2C)

From lunch boxes and bottles to backpacks and accessories, we believe everyday products for kids should be functional, safe, and visually delightful. </p><p><br /></p><p>We're looking for an <b>Art Director </b> who can bring campaigns to life through exceptional visual </p><p>thinking. This role is for someone who loves building worlds around products, from concept and </p><p>styling to the smallest prop on set. You'll work closely with the Creative Director to create </p><p>premium, scroll-stopping visuals across Meta, e-commerce, product launches, and social media. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>What You'll Do </b> </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Responsibilities </b> </p><ul><li>Develop creative concepts and mood boards for campaigns, product launches, andbrand shoots. </li><li>Lead art direction for photography and video productions. </li><li>Design and style premium sets that enhance the product without overpowering it. </li><li>Source props, backdrops, furniture, fabrics, and styling elements that align with </li><li>campaign themes. </li><li>Build cohesive visual identities across photography, video, Meta ads, website, Amazon, </li><li>and social media. </li><li>Work closely with photographers, videographers, stylists, and editors during shoots to </li><li>ensure creative consistency. </li><li>Direct composition, color palette, lighting references, and overall visual storytelling. </li><li>Create shot lists, styling references, and production decks before every shoot. </li><li>Manage production budgets related to props, set builds, rentals, and styling. </li><li>Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and freelancers for custom set production. </li><li>Ensure every campaign follows visual language and premium design </li><li>standards </li><li>Research global creative trends, children's brands, fashion, interiors, and advertising to </li><li>continuously bring fresh ideas to the team. </li><li>Maintain and organize the prop inventory and styling assets. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Skills &amp; Qualifications </b> </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Must Have </b> </p><ul><li>Experience as an Art Director, Set Designer, or Visual Stylist. </li><li>Strong understanding of color theory, composition, textures, and visual storytelling. </li><li>Experience art directing product photography and commercial shoots. </li><li>Ability to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns from ideation to shoot day. </li><li>Excellent styling skills with a strong eye for detail. </li><li>Experience creating mood boards and presentation decks. </li><li>Good understanding of photography, lighting, and camera framing. </li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Bonus Skills </b> </p><ul><li>Experience working with D2C brands, lifestyle brands, or kids' products. </li><li>Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma. </li><li>Experience building large-scale sets or campaign environments. </li><li>Knowledge of AI creative tools for concept generation. </li><li>Vendor management and budgeting experience. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>What We're Looking For </b> </p><ul><li>A highly visual thinker who notices the details others miss. </li><li>Someone who can transform simple ideas into memorable campaigns. </li><li>Strong sense of aesthetics with an understanding of premium consumer brands. </li><li>Resourceful and hands-on, capable of creating beautiful visuals within budget. </li><li>Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership. </li><li>Passionate about creating work that resonates with parents and families. </li> </ul><p><br /></p>
