Specialist-Weather Specialist (Contract)

Meteorological subject matter expert. Ensure that weather related products are scientifically accurate, operationally reliable and fit for downstream consumption. Works with Data Scientists on building, analyzing forecasting models, reviewing model outputs, and defining quality standards that govern what gets shipped to users. Up to date with recent developments of weather forecasting models both physical and AI-based. Mentors team members with domain knowledge on weather/climate. Report generation of model analysis.
