This role requires proven leadership skills, a strong network within the US staffing industry, and the ability to develop business opportunities while mentoring a high-performing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving placement targets, expanding the vendor network, and ensuring operational excellence across the Bench Sales function. Title: Bench Sales Lead Level of Experience: 8-12 years Work Location: 100 Feet Road Madhapur, Hyderabad Responsibilities: Market and place bench consultants and H-1B transfer candidates through Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners.
