Job :QA Automation Engineer
Location: Charlotte NC(Onsite)

Min. Experience Req:8+ Years
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of QA/SDET or software testing experience
- 2+ years in a senior QA role
- Strong experience with test automation frameworks
- Experience with API and performance testing
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Define and own the QA strategy
- Build and maintain automation frameworks and test suites
- Establish quality standards and release quality gates
- Improve test coverage and promote shift-left testing
- Analyze test results, track defects, and report quality metrics
- Mentor QA engineers and collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Cloud platform exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience scaling QA processes in growing teams
- ISTQB certification (preferred)
