Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Pay Range: $28-$37/hour

Job Description: For the 2026-2027 School Year | $28-$37/hour | Full-Time | Lafayette, IN | School-Based | State PTA License required About the Role: Provide physical therapy services to students in K-12 school settings. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. Provide therapy to children aged preK-12 with various medical diagnoses, including orthopedic impairments and developmental disorders. Consultation & Instruction: Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate therapy into classroom-based activities. Partner with a Physical Therapist to discuss and refine treatment plans, ensuring supervision and alignment with therapeutic goals. Engage with parents to incorporate their child's therapy program into daily routines. Data Collection & Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate documentation for all student therapy sessions and progress. Time Off Management for Full-Time School Employees: Employees are encouraged to schedule their time off during school breaks. Physical Therapy Assistant Qualifications: Licensure: Current Physical Therapy Assistant License in the state where services are delivered. Background Check: Background Check.
