Service Manager - Heavy Equipment

Growing $60M Heavy Equipment Distributor/Dealer seeking a talented Service Manager. This company sells and rents high quality earthmoving, compaction, paving and milling machines, crushing and screening equipment, trailers and material handling equipment. This position will manage a team of 9 Field Technicians and 3 Shop Technicians to service and repair large heavy equipment on site and in the field. This is a turnaround situation to bring service levels up to a high ranking and then to expand to multiple locations and move up to a Director role. This position reports to the President.
