GTR is hiring a Client Development Associate to join our team and work directly with our Sales Manager and company leadership. You’ll receive hands-on experience in prospecting, client development, recruiting, and account management while learning the staffing industry from the ground up.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate, early-career professional, or someone looking to transition into sales.
ResponsibilitiesResearch prospective clients and decision-makers using tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedInBuild and maintain prospect lists and CRM recordsSupport business development and lead generation effortsCoordinate client meetings and follow-up activitiesAttend client visits and sales meetingsSource and screen candidates for open positionsLearn recruiting and staffing industry best practicesSupport client communication and relationship managementAssist with marketing initiatives, special projects, and company growth efforts
