Behind every successful marketing campaign is a team turning ideas into action. We're looking for a Marketing Assistant in Syracuse, NY to support promotional projects, coordinate campaign materials, and help deliver marketing activities that connect with customers and build brand awareness.
This role is suited to someone who enjoys variety, communicates confidently, and likes seeing projects come together. You'll work alongside the marketing team, help keep campaigns organized, and contribute to the planning and delivery of initiatives that support wider business goals.
The RoleAssist with organizing marketing campaigns, promotions, and project activities.Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and supporting documents.Research customer interests, competitors, and relevant market trends.Help coordinate promotional events and campaign schedules.Maintain marketing calendars, contact lists, and project records.Support the preparation of email communications and social media content.Check marketing materials for accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.Coordinate with team members to keep tasks and deadlines on track.Help gather customer feedback and share useful insights with the team.Monitor campaign activity and assist with basic progress reports.Follow up on outstanding tasks and campaign requirements.Provide general administrative support for ongoing marketing projects.
What You'll NeedStrong written and verbal communication skills.Good organization and attention to detail.An interest in marketing, promotions, branding, or customer engagement.Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, presentations, and standard office software.Ability to manage several tasks and meet deadlines.A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Ability to collaborate with others and take feedback positively.Previous experience in marketing, administration, sales, retail, events, or customer service is a plus, but training will be provided on internal systems and processes.
