A company in the field of retail technology is hiring a Senior Retail Delivery Consultant to partner with enterprise fashion and retail customers and deliver practical, lasting improvements.

What you will do

• Lead discovery, solution design, implementation and adoption for complex retail programmes.

• Advise fashion, merchandising and retail operations teams on planning and execution.

• Manage senior customer stakeholders, delivery plans, risks and cross functional teams.

• Turn business needs into clear workflows and measurable outcomes.

• Support launches and build trusted customer relationships.

What you will bring

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, enterprise SaaS, customer delivery or implementation.

• Experience in retail, fashion, merchandising, supply chain or store operations.

• Strong programme management, stakeholder communication and analytical problem solving skills.

• Confidence working with senior customer teams in a fast paced environment.
