Operations Lead - Hospitality

If you have a strong background in hospitality, co-living, student housing, serviced apartments, or facility operations and are passionate about driving operational excellence, we'd love to connect with you.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Manage end-to-end property operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across locations.</li><li>Own and monitor operational budgets, including P&amp;L management, OPEX control, petty cash management, and cost optimization initiatives.</li><li>Oversee procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and facility management to ensure operational efficiency.</li><li>Ensure compliance with fire &amp; safety standards, audits, statutory requirements, and SOP implementation.</li><li>Lead property teams through training, performance management, and team development initiatives.</li><li>Manage the resident lifecycle, including move-ins, move-outs, onboarding, customer experience, and complaint resolution.</li><li>Monitor and resolve operational issues through ticketing systems and operational dashboards while maintaining high service standards.</li><li>Gather and analyze resident feedback, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve service quality.</li><li>Support property pre-launch and post-launch activities, including setup, staffing, vendor onboarding, and process implementation.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Requirements</b></p><ul><li>7-10 years of experience in Co-Living, Student Housing, Hospitality, Hotels, Serviced Apartments, or Facility Operations.</li><li>Strong understanding of P&amp;L, OPEX management, procurement, petty cash handling, vendor management, and facility operations.</li><li>Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading on-ground operational teams.</li><li>Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS), CRM tools, Helpdesk/Ticketing platforms, and operational reporting systems.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Customer-centric approach with a focus on operational excellence and service quality.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><ul><li>A high-impact role with significant ownership and decision-making responsibilities.</li><li>Opportunity to lead operations for a growing organization.</li><li>A dynamic environment with ample learning and growth opportunities.</li></ul><p><br /></p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?6m5T5ppj%2bf6VZlZwCs6vGSswP2Rux1Pkb" width="0" height="0" />
