Head of Experience & Training Centre Lifetime Health Care Plus Pvt Ltd | Full-time | Bengaluru, Karnataka Lifetime Health Care Plus is a digital healthcare company providing nursing, physiotherapy, and caregiving services. We're building a dedicated Training Centre and looking for a leader to own both staff training and patient experience for our operations. What you'll do Design and run a structured Training Centre covering clinical skills, soft skills, and service etiquette for nurses, physiotherapists, and caregivers. Build the onboarding/induction training journey for new hires, including simulation-based learning. Own the patient/family experience strategy — journey mapping, service standards, and satisfaction tracking (NPS/CSAT). Turn patient feedback and complaints into targeted training interventions. Develop a train-the-trainer model to scale training delivery. Partner with Quality and HR teams to align training with credentialing and compliance cycles. What we're looking for 6-10 years in clinical training, L&D, or patient/customer experience — healthcare or home-healthcare background preferred. Experience designing and scaling training programs for a field-based workforce. Prior ownership of patient/customer experience metrics (NPS, CSAT). Strong facilitation, communication, and empathy skills.
