What You ll Do Coordinate patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-up Present and explain dental treatment plans in a clear, compassionate manner Help patients understand recommended treatment, costs, and next steps Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits Explain insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility Follow up with patients who have unscheduled or pending treatment Coordinate closely with the dentist and office manager Maintain accurate patient records and treatment information Support day-to-day dental front office operations Help create a welcoming, professional experience for every patient What We re Looking For 2+ years of dental front office experience Strong knowledge of dental insurance and treatment planning Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing fees with patients Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organization and attention to detail Comfortable with patient follow-up and treatment coordination Warm, professional, and patient-focused approach Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities The Ideal Candidate You re someone who can confidently discuss treatment and insurance while making patients feel comfortable and cared for.
