Licensed Practical Nurse

Holliswood Center in Queens, NY is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident-centered skilled nursing care. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, support rehabilitation goals, and promptly report changes in resident conditions. Working closely with RNs, physicians, and therapists, the LPN helps develop and follow individualized care plans while maintaining accurate documentation. This role supports residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety, communicates with families, and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive, mission-driven environment focused on quality of life and professional growth.
