Role Description The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and updating project bills, including verification of quantities and adherence to contractual terms. Day-to-day tasks include preparing BOQs, performing rate analysis, coordinating with site engineers and contractors, and ensuring that billing systems are accurately maintained. The role also involves quantity surveying, reconciling project costs, monitoring work progress against bills, and supporting project documentation and reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gopalganj, Bihar requiring regular interaction with project teams and timely submission of bills to clients and management.
Qualifications
Ability to prepare and manage BOQs and perform Quantity Surveying for construction projects.
Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing project data, validating quantities, and ensuring billing accuracy.
Experience with Billing Systems and Rate Analysis to generate, verify, and finalize project bills.
Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and measurement standards.
Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant billing or ERP software.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
Prior experience as a Billing Engineer or in a similar construction billing role is an advantage.
